At Commonwealth Supportive Services, we encourage and empower the individual’s independence and their right to choose. We are committed to providing appropriate supports and services that will ultimately improve the quality of life for all of our clients to help them reach their full potential.

Core Values
We impart positive values to each individual. Trained staff role models appropriate behavior to increase personal growth and self-esteem, enabling them to live successfully in their immediate environments and communities. We demonstrate our connectedness to them through inclusion, supportive relationships, compassionate care, and understanding.
Staff Selection
Staff at CSS are subject to a full background check including criminal, FBI fingerprint and child abuse clearances. They are also required to complete 24 hours of training annually to meet stipulated guidelines as well as to increase their knowledge in serving our clients. CSS will not tolerate any inappropriate conduct from staff while serving our clients.
